Refund and Return Policy for finish line

We Finish Line is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund and return policy for participants in our marathons. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Registration Fees:

  • All registration fees for our marathons are non-refundable.

2. Event Cancellation:

  • In the event of marathon cancellation/postponement due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters), we will assess the situation and provide information on potential refunds or rescheduling.

3. Participant Withdrawal:

  • Participants who are unable to attend the marathon after registration may not request a refund.
  • However, participants can transfer their registration to another eligible individual by contacting us before a specified deadline.

4. Incomplete or Non-Participation:

  • Participants who do not complete the marathon or do not participate for any reason will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests, if applicable, should be submitted in writing to finishline2023@gmail.com. Your request must reach us within 10 days from the date of official announcement of cancellation or postponement.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 working days.

6. Processing Fees:

  • Some payment processors may charge non-refundable processing fees. Such fees will not be reimbursed.

7. Changes to Registration:

  • Participants can update or correct their registration information before a specified deadline.
